Shipping policy

Our standard shipping time is 10 - 21 days within the intercontinental US. 

If you have not received your order within that time, then please email us at support@shopquickstick.com and we would be happy to offer you a resolution.

Refunds for failed deliveries will be issued if delivery takes longer than 4 weeks (1 month) to deliver or if the tracking information does not populate for 10 consecutive days.
